Who I am
In over a decade of learning and development experience, I've cultivated a deep understanding of how adults learn and how to catalyze that learning in the real world.
Passion and pragmatism need not be mutually exclusive. I care deeply for what I do, because I know that what I do matters. My performance, and the performance of my team, directly affects our learners and our entire organization. This is what motivates me to create data-driven learning solutions that deliver measurable results while developing strong stakeholder relations, accommodating business constraints, and exceeding expectations.

From the front lines of facilitation to the back office LMS administration, and all of the storyboarding, design and development tasks in between, I've gained a uniquely dynamic perspective on workplace education that enables me to bring instructional design ideals into the real world to create effective learning solutions.
