This instructor-led course (presented via Rise for ease of viewing) was built to prepare Financial Advisors for the migration of the managed accounts from recently acquired brokerage firm. These were white-glove clients; they were vital to a successful conversion.
This course was a follow up to the Back Office/Broker-Dealer training for Customer Relationship Managers and built upon the information in that course. The emphasis in this course was on customer service/empathetic account handling. This training was deemed important enough to warrant 2.5 hours of instructor-led training time.
