This instructor-led course (presented via Rise 360 for ease of viewing) was built to prepare Financial Advisors for the conversion of the managed accounts from recently acquired brokerage firm. These were white-glove clients, and they were vital to a successful conversion. 

This course was a follow up to the Back Office/Broker-Dealer training for Customer Relationship Managers, and built upon the information in that course. The emphasis in this course was on customer service/empathetic account handling. This training was deemed important enough to warrant 2.5 hours of instructor-led training time.
