This instructor-led customer service 101 course was delivered to an audience of highly technically trained employees with little to no customer service experience. This training covered both internal "clients" and external "customers" and resulted in a significant increased in both client and customer satisfaction survey scores. The training addresses both client/customer satisfaction as well as accompanying regulatory compliance concerns.
