This course was designed to up-skill existing Client Relationship Managers in the use of a new tool: P3. It was vital that the CRMs master the new tool before launch, as there is no acceptable margin of error when moving a client's money.
Although it was an important topic, it wasn't an overly complex or broad one. I believe that a simple need is best met with a simple solution. A short, to -the -point eLearning, reinforced with a bullet-pointed job aid the following day, did the job beautifully, and the launch went off without a hitch.
